EMERGING -SPRING MANDALA DAY

MARCH 11TH 2022, 10AM TO 4PM

Venue:  Denmark Farm Conservation Centre, Lampeter, SA48 8PD Wales

From the dream-seeds of winter, fine roots have been growing; As the light grows stronger, tender shoots are now showing…

Creating a mandala is a way of tapping in to the wide web of interconnected reciprocity, to which we all belong. This visual mapping of paths towards wholeness, held gently within the boundaries of geometric exploration, is both revealing and engaging. Always different, always beautiful!

The process will include guided meditation (outdoors if possible) and observing the geometry present in nature, within the setting of a beautiful nature reserve. There will be time to explore and connect with the gifts of the earth and be attentive to our deeper wild selves.

Studying the geometry of nature, multi cultural mandala and the symbolic language of shapes, we then apply our observations and inspirations to mandala making; drawing geometry with compass and ruler and painting with watercolour, while taking time to relax with guided meditation.

Suitable for all levels of ability.

Cost: £55 per person for the spring mandala day retreat. £3 to be paid on the day for materials.

Places limited to 8 people

Please book directly with Denmark farm
