KIRTAN

Sunday 8th March

11am to 1pm

Sacred Instruments

At Derwenlas Village Hall, Machynlleth, Wales

We gather monthly to sing sacred/medicine songs from various traditions, tuning in to the changing seasons in simple ceremony.

Kirtan is the heart-opening mantra practice of Bhakti yoga - the yoga of devotion. This session will be lead by Mikaela, who works with Indian mantras and Kirtan as a way to open to stillness and silence. She holds a gentle, playful space to explore our voices, using movements, breathing and relaxation.

Donation: £5/£8
All welcome!
Bring warms things to sit on, drums, rattles and flowers for the central altar.

Please let me know if you will be joining us.
