Solstice Candlit Spiral
Venue: The Iron Room, Eglwysfach, SY20 8SY
A symbolic journey to the heart of Midwinter.
We'll be a holding ceremonial space with sacred songs, as each person walks the spiral.
The invitation is for this to be meditative, reflective, prayerful and magical

Drop in for as long or short a stay as feels right. Totally fine to walk the spiral and leave, or stay to sing and hold the space.

An uplifting day in which to relax, restore and return to our heart-centred selves, exploring the eternal theme of Love through the sacred art of Mandala painting.

Our shared exploration will include guided visualisation, talking circles, sacred geometry and the resonance of colour to awaken and attune us to the frequency of Love; igniting inspiration, to channel through our wise hands, into drawing and painting a mandala design.

February 1st is Imbolc in the Celtic Calendar; the beginning of Spring. The weather is still cold, but new shoots are starting to appear, resurgent energy bubbling up from the earth.
Together we'll explore how best to navigate the transition from Winter into Spring, with attention to diet, daily routine, herbal remedies and helpful practices, suited to our unique selves and circumstances.
