Barn Owl Shrine
 
Hand built ceramic sculpture
Height 27cm x 9cm at the base, with Raku glaze finish. 
 
Sculpted by hand from a resilient clay. Designed  to hold a 7 x 7.5cm candle (1 x ochre coloured unscented candle included), or a regular tea light.
I hand make each owl, so each one is slightly different , though the overall design stays the same. The pictures show a pair of owls, which were Raku glazed, to produce a metallic sheen on certain highlights and the traditional raku 'crackle glaze' effect on the faces.
As you can see, they are very individual! Both currently available to buy. Let me know if you have a preference!
Suitable for indoor or garden settings, if protected from frost.
