Service Description

Day workshop with artist Anne Thomas. Creating a mandala is a form of ‘artistic meditation’, which involves a careful, quiet, prayerful kind of attention. Sacred geometry helps us map out a pattern, into which we can place intentions and values, using symbolism of colours and forms from nature at this time of year. Painting with watercolour, gradually the circular, unifying form of the mandala unfolds. Suitable for all abilities. Children over 11 welcome, accompanied by an adult. Materials Included.
